Every solstice and equinox we gather in this community event to tune in with ourselves and each other. 

Moving strong yet playful, Giulia and Phil will guide you through four sets of 27 sun sals, leaving a little pause for a sip of air and water in between. 

Setting intentions for the quarter year ahead not only in self-realization but including the ones around us in need: These gatherings are donation-based only, collecting money for a good cause. For the spring equinox, this will be Leave No One Behind, supporting refugees worldwide.
